Information used by the service

KreoFlow processes a Telegram user ID, username, task information, uploaded video files and technical export settings. If a user connects a social account, the service receives only the access token permitted by that platform. KreoFlow never asks for or stores TikTok, YouTube, Instagram or Facebook passwords.

Why we use it

Information is used only to process a requested video, return its result, run the task queue and, when a user separately approves it, send a post to a connected social account.

Storage and protection

Access is limited to the operation of the service. Files and technical records are retained only for the time needed to process and deliver the result, then removed according to the service retention period. A social connection may be revoked from the relevant platform at any time.

Sharing

A video is sent to a selected social platform only after a user action that confirms the publication. KreoFlow does not sell personal information or provide it to advertising networks.
